Space Requirements: Exactly how many feet of clearance do you need? (e.g., "Requires a minimum 10x10 ft space near a power outlet").
Power Access: Access to a reliable, standard wall power outlet is required within 15 feet of the setup area to power our studio flash gear.
Timing Explained Setup Time (On Our Clock): We arrive 60 to 90 minutes before your scheduled start time to build the studio, lock in the studio lighting, and run test shots. This setup process is completely complimentary and does not cut into your coverage time. Your Active Shooting Window: Your booked time is entirely dedicated to active shooting. For example, if you book a 2-hour window, you get a full 120 minutes of continuous camera time for your guests. Breakdown: Packing up takes about 45 minutes and begins immediately after your contracted shooting window ends. We coordinate directly with your planner to ensure the load-out is quiet, seamless, and entirely behind the scenes.
The Backdrop: Choose from our curated menu of editorial backdrops to perfectly match your wedding's aesthetic. Custom color requests or textured backdrops can be accommodated upon request.
