Maui Sunset Beach Family Photos in Kapalua

Beach family photos in the rain? Yes please!

This sunset beach photoshoot was far from my typical photo session. Colleen's Captures photographed Steph family on one of my favorite beaches in Kapalua. Not too far from the hub of Lahaina, Kapalua is a perfect location to get your photos taken in Maui.

It rarely rains here on Maui but during our session it DOWN-POURED and oh my, was it stunning and the most beautiful sunset at the beach and we just used the rain to our advantage! Although it was crazy rainy, we had an amazing time! Their outfits complimented the landscape perfectly and the energy of Steph family was incredible. They were down for anything during their wild maui photoshoot. Toes in the sand, jumping, running down the beach, splashing in the ocean, and non stop laughter. What an absolutely fabulous photoshoot! They jumped in the water, giggled, and had the time of their lives and I was so honored to be there to capture it.
